Members (excluding Associate Members) may pre-book tee times two weeks in advance whilst visitors and Associate Members may pre-book seven days in advance. This ensures members always have the best choice of available tee times.  There is a varied, interesting, social and goling calendar of events that will suit all our members.

Members, once a handicap has been attained, may participate in a wide variety of medals, competitions and leagues at club, inter-club, county and national levels. There are Mens', Ladies, Junior and Seniors' sections but as a Club all members are fully integrated.

Whilst we are constantly striving to develop Club Teams and individuals to a winning standard, golf at Dummer doesn't revolve around competitive play alone. The Club welcomes members of all standards who want to enjoy and improve their game and who want to meet new people. A number of different Membership categories have been designed for todays modern golfer. As well as the traditional Five and Seven Day Memberships there are Seven Day Restricted and Seven Day Executive Memberships.
